By its nature, Sartori is not interested in those oddities that increasingly seem to attract the attention of many producers and consumers. Andrea, Luca, Paolo, and their colleagues at Colognola prefer to remain faithful to a more understated style, one that is elegant and timeless and that represents them more than anything else.
This is the real “innovation” of Sartori: the ability to tailor their wines appropriately, without succumbing to passing fads that, like violent storms, cyclically cloud the skies of the winemaking panorama.
But, most of all, it is the satisfaction derived from coming into contact with nature, so dear to the Veronese area, and from crafting conscientiously and with respect something unique to share with the people and places they love best.
