The REDORO company is located in Grezzana, in the heart of Valpantena, north of Verona: the secret of the success of the Redoro mills is the presence of the mills, very close to the heart of production: one in Grezzana, the company's headquarters, another in Mezzane and finally in the vicinity of Lake Garda where only Garda DOP Extra Virgin Olive Oil is produced.
The mills work at full capacity during the three harvest months, October, November and December. Olives from the nearby valleys are harvested, covering a very vast range, which embraces seven valleys.
There are almost a thousand agricultural producers who bring their best olives to the mills. The average annual production is around 20/25,000 quintals of olives, divided into the production mills.
The production of the oil is rigorously controlled by specialized personnel who carefully follow each processing stage, bringing to the milling only healthy and quality olives capable of producing the excellence of the Redoro Mills, namely:
- 100% Italian Redoro
- Organic Redoro
- Garda DOP extra virgin olive oil
- Veneto Valpolicella DOP extra virgin olive oil.
The oil that comes out of the mill is very fragrant, with an intense green color with golden reflections, with a sweet, full-bodied and fragrant olive flavor, immediately ready to be enjoyed on bread or any other dish. Even the packaging of the oil is well cared for by the REDORO Company: proof of this is the choice of the bottle registered with the REDORO brand, aesthetically beautiful and functional, due to its very original handle.
The family's love for the land, which is found in the style of work and in the relationships with each collaborator, is present in the REDORO company philosophy, based essentially on the quality of what it produces and on the guarantee it wants to give to the consumer.
