Enjoy a stay in complete harmony with nature, culture and the products of this extraordinary land. Each residence offers a panoramic view of the surrounding vineyards and green hills. To make this view even more astonishing is our exclusive bio-lake, in which you can immerse yourself for pleasant moments of relaxation and well-being. A few hundred metres away, open at weekends or by reservation, is our Ristoro di Venere, a Whine Shop and a place where you can enjoy wine and oil tourism experiences, tasting our products, paired with cured meats and cheeses from our valley.

What may seem like a minor aspect of our business is for us what represents the harmony between man and nature, which is at the heart of our philosophy and daily work. A small jewel that reflects our commitment to sustainability and respect for the environment.

The Venus bio-lake is an ecosystem designed to emulate the beauty and functionality of a natural environment that combines biological, physical and chemical elements to create a dynamic balance that encourages aquatic life and improves water quality.

Our wines

A passion for wine growing blends harmoniously with tradition. We cultivate the classic Valpolicella grape varieties with dedication and respect for nature to create our fine wines. We work according to the principles of organic farming, we prune the grapes according to the renowned Simonit & Sirch method and we harvest by hand, with the aim of enhancing the soil and ensuring the correct growth of the plants to obtain high quality fruit.

Our oil

Our production includes oil. We cultivate our olive groves with the aim of preserving the authenticity and quality of the oil, obtained exclusively through traditional cultivation and harvesting techniques and without the use of chemicals. Our Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil is the result of meticulous selection of the best fruits, and an extraction process that brings out the aromas and flavours of our freshly harvested organic olives.

Our honey

Since 2021 a hard-working community of bees has found a home at the Venere forest. Today we can count on a dozen or so hives where day after day the magic of producing a clear, fragrant and tasty millefiori honey takes place. Our organic honey is the result of traditional processing with an emphasis on sustainability. Each jar contains an abundance of aromatic notes that vary according to season and flowering, providing unique tastes and flavours.
