The programme includes a guided tour of the winery with tastings of the prized Amarone and other wines produced in Valpolicella, as well as an exclusive Show Cooking experience, to discover the secrets of homemade pasta making, with a focus on the traditional knife cut of lasagnette. A tasting lunch dedicated to homemade pasta will be waiting for you.
