Valpolicella: a young, refined wine with a ruby colour, a subtle vinous aroma, enriched by notes of cherry and rose, and a fresh flavour. It is a soft, pleasantly tannic, slightly bitter and lively wine. Its production uses native grapes that testify to the strong link with the territory and the history of this quality product. The most used vines are Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella and Molinara.

Valpolicella Ripasso: ruby in color with garnet reflections, it offers an intense aroma of red and pink fruits with notes of vanilla. It is a wine with a refined, round, dry and velvety flavour. The Ripasso method involves the "re-passing" of Valpolicella wine on the marc of Amarone, obtained from Corvina, Rondinella and Corvinone grapes, still warm and rich in sugar.

Amarone della Valpolicella: a wine with a very intense red color with garnet hues and a scent reminiscent of dried fruit, tobacco and spices, thanks to the noble molds that develop during drying. The flavor is strongly fruity, fragrant, dry but soft, with a full, warm and vigorous body. It is obtained by drying the grapes in fruit cellars, where the fermentation of the sugars is completed.

Recioto della Valpolicella: a wine obtained from long drying of the grapes and interrupted fermentation to preserve the right amount of sugar which gives the typical structure to this wine. It has an intense, dark, sometimes impenetrable ruby red colour, with a strong aroma of dried fruit and cherries in alcohol, which blends harmoniously with a rich flavour, with a pronounced character and good overall acidity.
