The main objective of the Brunelli Estate is to highlight the typical qualities of the grapes of the Valpolicella area. These unique flavours and perfumes give, in turn, a special distinctiveness to the Estate’s wines. Indeed, in order to allow more discerning wine lovers to enjoy these special treasures of the Valpolicella zone, the Brunelli Estate has striven for many years now to offer wines that are incomparable examples of their type: original highly and recognizable products.
The Amarone RISERVA Campo Inferi and the Amarone RISERVA Campo del Tìtari are two special and rare cru, made just in the finest vintages with an original art and craft that implies:
Use of the best hand-selected grapes from the two homonym vineyards (35-45 years old wines);
Higher Dry extract (minimum 35 g/L, compared to the 26 g/L of Amarone Classico);
A minimum of 36 months of refinement in new oak barriques/18 Hl casks before release;
Decision not to classify a vintage, in the bad years;
